Phone answered quickly, staff understood my needs, told me of products currently held in store, showed me items when I arrived.

Was greeted by a lovely assistant the moment we entered the store, he asked what we were looking for and we were only going to buy a mattress ,so he suggested trying this up to date computerized bed that tells you what would be good for you and I was very impressed.The assistant showed us the mattresses what would be good for us. We choose a mattress and also a bed and side tables and a storage box so a very successful trip. He even offered us a drink and even asked what sort of pillows we had at home .
