We were extremely pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of Marius

Nafisa was very lovely and attentive to my needs, greeted me and my aunt as we walked in, i had no idea where to go or what exactly i was looking for but she with a smile on her face offered to help, offered hot drinks and got me set up on a bed that finds the best mattress for my body she was amazing would definitely recommend the store for the amazing service she provided

Nafisa was very friendly, remembered us from a previous visit, for which she was equally friendly and helpful, not to mention makes an excellent cup of tea!

The staff member Ross welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. Showed us what we were looking for and left us to have a look for a while. He wasn't over pushy and even managed to show us the bed we eventually brought but in a single version. Ross offered us a bottle of water too which we kindly declined but it's nice to see stores doing this. Ross wasn't pushy at all and made the process nice and simple.

I was acknowledged very early on in my visit and the assistant (Nafisa 215) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordering was carried out with care and understanding of my needs and requirements.

Tobi greeted me with a cheerful and open demeanour. Asked about my needs, qualified my requirements, provided good context on the options and pros and cons- just super helpful and polite and with a smile that could light up the room. Not pushy at all and did not rush the experience - brilliant service !

Good quality products at reasonable price. Assistant was very helpful but gave me space to browse
