Really quick and easy, great service and range of products made an easy decision. Lovely sales assistant

We were greeted immediately by Nafasi, the assistant. She offered us drink, took her time to check with us what we were looking for, allow us to use the sleep match twice, explain the types of mattresses with samples, show us all the relevant recommended mattresses as per sleep match and allowed us to try. Very patient. Then explained and showed us various types of pillows.

Very intrigued and pleased with the machine assessing our needs. Never seen this before. Nadia was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store without being made to feel under any pressure to engage. The staff were all very helpful, worked to my budget and were happy to give me the time to consider the mattress I wanted to purchase. All in all a very good experience for a major purchase like this.

Nafisa the assistant was excellent at explaining the differences between the various beds and pillows and moving us around the showroom to see the best example of the relevant options, making the whole process smooth and clear.

There were far too many options for us to hope to understand the benefits and issues with them all: Vicky was very helpful, and decisive, in giving us advice on what to look foe and what to avoiding. And so was the technology!
