Dreams - Cambridge

Went to the store the day before placing my final order. The lady my partner and I spoke to was highly knowledgeable about the products and took our individual needs into account. She showed us around, was very friendly with a great sense of humour. This made our experience at Dreams 100 times better. When we explained to her that we need to measure our bed again as we weren't sure about size of mattress we need, she accepted it and wasn't forceful. Whilst leaving the store, we felt like we've gained a lot of knowledge about mattresses and current technology, as well as chose the mattress we liked. Upon my return the following day, I made an order with another staff member who happened to also be as friendly and humorous and the other lady! Again, great experience. The purchase was easy and quick. Absolutely amazing!

My wife and I visited the Cambridge store. We were helped by Marius. He was friendly, very informative, devoted a lot of time with us yet he also gave us our space to decide what we want. We went for a mattress that is high quality but at the same time very competitively priced. We are very happy with our experience.

Store assistant was very helpful and just the right amount of 'sales person' - not too pushy, but helped us feel happy throughout the process.

The staff were really friendly and also come over to check to see if we needed any help as we had been in for a while looking around. We was also offered drinks while we looked around and then again when we was processing the order.

We were very well received when we arrived. We were offered a drink and had the chance to try the interactive sleep match test. Vicky was very friendly and dedicated to help us finding the best mattress within our budget, even providing us with good pillows to improve our experience. In the end we spent more than intended, but we are very pleased with our choice.

The asasistant was very friendly, and helpful. When told I wanted 2 mattresses for a spare bedroom, she didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, but immediately understood what I wanted, and gave me a choice of 2 different mattresses which she felt were the right ones. She was really very helpful
