As I was not 100% sure what mattress I was looking for, Vicky was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. After placing me on the sleep match bed she then asked me some further questions about my sleep preferences. Vicky knew exactly where all the mattresses were within the store so we could go straight to them. Vicky also explained the differences in all the mattresses and how these would be beneficial to my sleep requirements. At no point was she pushy or made me feel under any pressure to buy anything and let me take my time in deciding. And as a bonus vicky made a great cup of tea!

Good knowledge and choice of products at the price expected. Were able to take mattress away with us.

Excellent assistance and expert advice

A lady called Tobi was excellent I’m the Cambridge branch. She understood that funds were limited and pointed me in the right direction, she also helped to find a mattress that is suited to my needs and we purchased one of the mattresses that she suggested as it met the requirements and was in our price range. She was lovely to talk to and a credit to the store and definitely helped to drive the sale because I didn’t know what I was looking for when I came into the store and without her help, I probably wouldn’t have bought anything that particular day so thank you Tobi
