Nafisa was very wlelcoming and polite and gave us a great service and was very knowledgeable on all the items she showed us This is the second time we have made a purchase from Dreams and the service was amazing. Can’t wait for new mattress to arrive

Nafisa helped us on both our visits. She was lovely, very polite, helpful, happy and knowledgable about the products and finance. She phoned as promised after first visit and recognised us when we returned fortnight later.

Nafisa was great. I had a 14 month old baby with us, and shopping for a bed for my grandmother who is currently in hospital so not the eaiest shopping trip. Nafisa greated us warmly and said if we had any questions to just ask. We had a browse and then went to find her for her assistance. She really listened to our situation and even gave my baby a toy to play with to help keep her entertained whilst she talked us through the options. She was really knowledgeable and helpful and we really appreciated her time and no pushy sales approach. Nafisa is a credit to your store.

Tobi was very welcoming and very helpful in selecting a mattress and bed frame. She offered a drink and listened to what kind of bed we were looking for.

My husband and I were greeted by Tobi who directed us to the lift, I was in a wheelchair. She then gave us a short time to look around before coming up to discuss our needs. She was most helpful in sorting what we required going down and up the stairs many times.

The service was great but the mattresses are very expensive. I hope my sleep is revolutiinised

The assistant Nafisa was patient and attentive. She answered our questions with clarity and confidence. She was supportive but not pushy hence our purchase of over £2K.
