The service was great and I received a warm welcome from your employee Marius who did everything he could to make me comfortable including offering me refreshment. Even though I was on a budget I wasn't made to feel that this was a problem.

The sales person Marius was very helpful and friendly.

The adviser was called Nafisa. She was friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered. We felt well looked after as Nafisa listened to all our queries and needs. Allowing us to browse in peace knowing we could ask for help

We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, the assistant listened to what we wanted and directed us to a couple of beds for us to try out. The buying of the bed was a quick process and delivery quicker than we thought.

As soon as me, my wife and 2 kids walked into the Cambridge store we were greeted by Ross who was very polite and asked if we needed any assistance, after we answered we were taken to the simulator to find out which mattress would best suit our needs, me and my partner were tested separately due to the kids being with us and while I was on the bed my wife was offered a hot beverage, after we both got assessed Ross showed us which mattresses best suited us in our price range. Very happy with this we said we would go away and think about it, we came back less than half an hour later where we were greeted by Ross again and we purchased the Johnstone superking mattress along with tempur cloud pillows. The process of the sale was very quick and Ross was very helpful and understanding with the kids.

I bought few things before, too. All the employees are very nice, friendly and they do all their best to help you. The store is good organised
