Dreams - Cambridge

Was seeking product change as part of your Comfort guarantee. The store assistant (a man) at Beehive Cambridge, on 2nd May 2019, was very helpful on the phone and in store. He gave us plenty of time and help.

Very helpful lady also knowledgeable light airy building, plenty of beds to choose from good range of prices

I called prior to my visit, the assistant was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She remembered the call when I visited the store later in the afternoon and immediately showed me the mattresses that we'd discussed. I wasn't rushed or pressured in to a sales and I was offered a drink and told to take my time. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

Ross was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for & went out of his way to assist without us feeling that we were subject to a "hard sell".

Nafisa very helpful and saved me a lot of time walking round trying every matress! Directed me in the right direction and was really informative and helpful!

The shop assistance Tobi, was very profesional. She helped me in choosing the mattress. She was very patient, nice, and she answered on all the questions.

My experience at Dreams was exactly what I was hoping for. I rushed over and only had about an hour before the store closed. I was greeted in a very friendly manner but quickly scanned the stock myself before asking a few questions. After then requesting more assistance, particularly with mattress selection, the sales assistance Ross was hugely helpful. I used the sleep match machine which helped me understand the best mattress for me. Ross then showed me the best ones that were in my budget and ruled out any memory foam ones, as I said I didn't want one of that kind. I even tried them out with a pillow (which I was tempted to purchase!!). Ross kindly let me take some time to make the decision and once I had come to my decision I only had 12 minutes until the stop closed. Ross very swiftly completed my order and explained all the bells and whistles that came with it. HUGELY. HELPFUL.

We have been to Dreams 3 times over last 2years and have all ways been very satisfied with the service. The staff have all ways been friendly. This is our third bed that we have bought from Dreams in the last 2 years. The service is outstanding, we can talk to the staff and feel very comfortable with them, also we have been able to have a bit off a laugh with them.
