Soon after I entered the shop, one of the assistants approached me to ask if I would like help. He explained the variety & differences between mattresses, & the coding system of the beds/mattresses within the store, which was most helpful. I was initially only looking for a mattress for a fold up bed, so browsed around & tried out various ones. When I later had a query, a different assistant helped me. He also explained the current price offers for the various products I was looking at. Based on the fact there appeared to be good deals currently on the mattress which I had decided on, I also went ahead & chose a divan bed & mattress & headboard which I was planning to buy at a later date, for our forthcoming new house. The 2nd assistant, Ross, gave me excellent help in choosing all these items, taking into account the features I preferred.

We were served be a lovely young assistant, Tobi. She was not pushy in any way but offered helpful and insightful advice when choosing the mattress.

Oluwatobi was a delight. She was very friendly and professional. She is a real credit to Dreams. She didn't make us feel rushed and listened to our requirements before showing us various 'suitable' options.

The sales advisor, Tobi, was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. She explained she was still training and apologised if this might slow the sales procedure down. In the end it was the system that was slow not the advisor. Tobi was knowledgeable and took us through the various options a deals available. All I all a very good experience
