Our customer assistant Nafisa was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to try the products recommended to us by the SLEEPMATCH and even suggested a few of her own recommendations which were very appropriate. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive product rather the importance of finding the correct one for us. Nafisa was very friendly and was keen to help us and answer our questions. This made the whole experience delightful and her enthusiasm rubbed off on us as customers.
