I was well looked after with knowledge I needed to decide on what to buy. I was looked after and left alone in equal measures. Very perceptive. I managed to find exactly what I was looking for and it's now installed and looks amazing going well with everything in the room. The delivery boys were excellent too. Very polite and helpful.

There are a lot of options available on the market. Choosing a mattress is not an easy task. We've been to shops where the staff would push products on us without even paying attention on our requirements. Or even worse, they would tell us to try and pick up our favourite mattress. Have you ever tried dozens of mattresses? After some time they kind of feel similar and the differences are subtle and subjective. Nafisa was spot on helping us finding a mattress. She asked us about our budget and preferences. Explained all different mattress types and features and recommend us a couple to try. After we've selected our top 2, we tried the mattresses recommend by the machine. Most of them were already in the list Nafisa showed to us. Great job. Thanks.

We had gone into the store the previous weekend and spoken to Kieran. He helped us use the sleepmatch tool and took the time to understand what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We looked at the Truscott Bed with the Tempur mattress on it which was in clearance and really liked it. Decided to come away and go back later to make sure we really liked it, and when we returned the following Sunday the bed had been sold. We spoke with Matt (Kieran was with another customer) who was more than happy to phone through to local stores and see if they also had this bed available on clearance. Sean also got involved with calling the local stores when Cambs had one in stock. All 3 of them rallied round to get us whats app videos of the condition of the bed, calling different departments to make sure that the Norwich branch could complete the finance application in Norwich rather than us going to Cambs and making sure the delivery guys could pick up on their way. They were all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were offered welcome drinks both the times we were in store & I have already recommended to friends and family - thank you for all of your help!

Relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and non-pushy.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very comfortable during any wait time - tea / coffee etc. My parent's went to collect the mattress we purchased later in the week and the staff members were equally as attentive. They ensured the mattress was carried to the car.
