My wife and I were having trouble sleeping, pains in our backs and neck/ shoulders. After trying the bed tester, if that’s what it’s called. We were given a list of mattresses to try and after choosing our “dream” mattress. We were advised to try new pillows after talking to Nafisa, we purchased 2 pillows and for my self my upper back and neck pain have basically disappeared, for my wife her quality of sleep has also got better. The mattress and pillows were mainly for my wife as she is pregnant, we both feel that all of her requirements were met and more. We cannot wait for our mattress to arrive on 16th April! Great service, great product! Thanks!

The colleague who helped me was extremely nice and helpful

I came with two friends as backup and we all found the showrooms spacious, well-lit and well heated. It was easy to see the beds and their labels were clear. Our welcome and subsequent negotiations were carried out immaculately by Richard, who gauged our interests and answered our questions sensitively and non- intrusively. I had been dithering about spending so much on a bed for six months, but I had no hesitation at all in choosing and buying a bed in a relaxed and unpressured fashion. I anticipate delivery with pleasure. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the assistance given and friendliness,my one concern was that given the time of day,ie evening 7/20 pm I was at the store I was worried and concerned that the lady assistant was there alone,as someone who has worked in several store the policy is at lest two persons should be in attendance.

From well informed and friendly Marius we got all the information that we needed on all possible combination regarding beds and mattresses.

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND FRIENDLY (EVEN WE ALL KNOW HOW HARD IS TO WORK ON SUNDAY) THEY STILL DID A VERY PLEASED WELCOME. ROSS FROM DREAM'S SHOP IN CAMBRIDGE, ASKED US STRAIGHT AWAY IS THERE IS ANYTHING HE CAN HELP AND GOOD MORNING, HOWEVE WE ADVISED HIM THAT WE WOULK LIKE TO LOOK AROUND FIRST WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. ALL STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND DID LET US TO LOOK AROUND TILL WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS. AFTER WE HAVE MADE A DECISION THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING AN ANSWER THE QUESTION WE HAD, WE WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

On arrival at the store we were almost immediately offered assistance by a most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who explained the differences between different types of mattress and helped us to identify which was most suitable for our requirements.

Staff was knowledgeable. Sleepmatcher was great. Discount for the day was very convenient.

Ross was a great help and not pushy like most salesman. Knows his product which was very helpful.
