We were given an appropriate level of help to make our purchase but it didn't feel pushy. We got to use the kinect bed tester thing which was really helpful. The suggested beds were surprisingly comfortable and not something we would have otherwise chosen.

Helpful advice given on what we were looking for and suggestions on the product to suit our price and needs. Vicky made us wellcome with a nice cup of coffee.
