Vicky used the bed machine to assess what kind of bed I would need. When it became clear that none of the machines selections were comfortable she adapted well and showed me a wider range of beds, narrowing down what was best for me. She found out what pillow I use and gave me one to try on the beds to make the testing more realistic. She checked I was ok throughout

Salesman was excellent, gave us space to wander and look and then very attentive when we required assistance. We didn’t feel pressured at any stage to make a purchase, just supported in making the correct product choice

The attentativeness of your staff members, nothing was too much trouble. They weren't pushy with products and were able to show us what we needed and explain all our choices following our sleep analysis. We didn't even mind when the machine played up a little, your staff member did not give up and sorted it out.

I was approached quickly but a sales woman who helped me locate everything I needed to see and subsequently took my order for a new bed and mattress. Her knowledge was excellent, she was extremely helpful.

Staff were knowledgable and personable I was given tea and the ordering paper work was completed quickly. I was asked to check everything before the order was finalised
