My mum is 85 years old with mobility issues and Ross was extremely patient, polite and helpful. I finally persuade mum to come out to buy a new mattress and she was worried about going into the shop and being slow and having to get on and off beds to try a mattress. She went on your diagnostic machine which she thought was a laugh and this put her at ease. Once she had tried out one mattress and saw that Ross did not mind how long she took , she was off trying them all. I would like to thank all the staff including Ross in this shop who spoke with mum and made this a really nice experience for her. She now can not wait fro the new mattress to arrive.

We received a warm welcome from Tobi when we entered the store. She assisted us in many aspects while we were looking for the right mattress and bed. She was very friendly, attentive and nice. She first tried to understand our needs and budget. She then showed us a range of products that fell within this. We even got the chance to try the Sleepmatch technology in order to find the right mattress that gives us the best support and comfort. This really helped us in making the decision on which mattress to get. As we were buying this for a new house which there was still some uncertainty, the store manager was happy to extend their free cancellation period to 7 days rather than the usual 48 hours. In short, we are super delighted with the customer service received. We will definitely come back in the future for other related products and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

We were welcomed and greeted by Nafisa. She was very friendly, not pushy, gave us the space we needed, and her product knowledge is awesome. She inspired confidence. We knew immediately we were in good hands. It was extremely helpful to know the different types of mattresses, the firmness, ... The sleep match machine was great to get a better understanding of the best suited mattress. It was very helpful to be able to try the mattresses ourselves with our own pillow.

We went in not really knowing what type we needed the assistant who looked after us made us a cup of tea, he suggested we used the special bed (sorry can't remember what is called) to map which mattress would be best for us and helped us try out the selectrion offering different pillows for us both dependant on our needs when we tried the beds

As soon as we walked into the shop I found an assistant to help us as I wanted to try the dreams bed which tells you which mattress would be good for you! She was extremely helpful and talked us through it all then showed us all the mattresses.

We were greeted quickly and offers assistance. We liked the bed survey machine/scanner. We felt like we were able to shop with a bit more purpose. On previous bed shopping trips we had been unable to choose a bed and as a result, we did not buy one. It was easy to buy the bed and we felt like we had made an informed choice. Vicky was personable and sold without pressure.
