Very lovely staff, tobi was very helpful. Felt comfortable to just lie on the beds for a while. Didn't feel rushed. Made my purchase very close to closing time and felt welcome

The person who we spoke to was very friendly, listened to what we were looking for, wasn't too pushy and was very knowledgable about the products.

We visited Dreams as our last hope for a mattress that would be suitable for both of us wit my husband. A friendly employee came to help us and helped to figure out the most optimal type of mattress and gave us sufficient time to make a decision. We could not agree on the firmness with my husband as we have slightly different taste and needs due to different sleeping positions and health conditions, but then we learnt that we can order a mattress with one side firmer than the other side. We did not get this option anywhere else in Cambridge! Very satisfying!

I was assisted by Tobi who was just great! She quickly understood our requirements and found the best deal for us. She also gave us a mattress cover as a gift. I'll definitely 10/10 would return to Dreams in the future.

Ross in the Cambridge store was patient and not pushy. Allowed us plenty of time to browse before coming over to us. Explained eveything very well. Made us tea whilst we were deliberating! Great service

Made to be welcome from the start and nothing was an issue or a chore.

The assistant was very polite and helpful in showing me the mattress that were available and giving me the information regarding deliver and the need to place the old mattress in the Green bag ready for collection on the day.

The assistant was attentive but not 'pushy'. He gave us space to look at the products but was readily available when we required his help. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales person, Tobi, was very professional, friendly and helpful. Providing excellent service. Available when wanted, discrete when not.

The staff followed us was competent and really friendly. One of the few store in cambridge where you can buy a very firm matress.
