The automatic bed selector was fantastic, anf Vicky was amazing. The credit for buying the bed should go to her.

Ross was was helpful and impressively knowledgable, so much so that we bought a £700 mattress after only going in the shop to get some ideas. The finance option is great also as we were able to avoid using the credit card. The "bed match" machine thingy was impressively accurate in diagnosing our requirements for the new mattress. We were offered drinks too and sample pillows to try out to match the various mattresses.

Made to feel very welcome, greeted nicely offered a drink and choice of pillow. Very friendly and not over pushy

The service Ross provided was outstanding. He provided accurate and helpful information throughout the process, ensuring all our needs were meet even to the point of offering coffee. He gave us space to make our decision based on his advice and did not try to pressurise us into any quick sale. He came across both friend and professionally and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met.

Very high product knowledge, Vicky not deterred while we re tested some of the mattresses, always had a smile even very early on a cold morning,

the staff could answer all our questions and the product was available for delivery within a few days
