Dreams - Cambridge

We were assisted by Tobi, who was friendly and really helpful. We were buying a bed for our 11 year old son and she spoke with him as well as us to ascertain what he needed. She was fun too!

We came into the Cambridge store a couple of weeks ago and we saw a very lovely lady called Vicky who put us on the mattress test machine, she was very helpful and today also she happened to be there again, and without being pushy sales lady she was very knowledgeable about mattresses and beds etc, very friendly lady was happy she was their again.

Emma, the assistant, knew an awful lot about beds and was very happy to help us find the right bed and pillows. Also she was really nice. A+ would buy a bed from her again, but hopefully won't need a new bed for a while.

Friendly salesman, not pushy at all but stayed available for questions/advice, understood how important for me, the right mattress was due to brittle bones. Offered tea/coffee/chair. Process of ordering & paying was both quick & easy & he made what is usually an unenjoyable experience for me, really quite nice & I left the store smiling!

The assistant was extremely welcoming and appeared very confident in her knowledge of products. Was able to point us in the direction of the most appropriate mattress to deliver our requirements.

We were greeted by Ross in the Cambridge Beehive store upon entering and offered tea & coffee. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us through everything we needed to know for our purchase, including helping us find the right mattress for my back pain. There is so much choice when it comes to finding the right bed and he gave us the knowledge and time we needed.

As this is was the first time we have ever bought a bed, we didn’t know where to begin. Nafisa greeted us from the moment we laid down on the bed we were interested in. She asked us questions about what we were looking for and took us through the sleepmatch experience. She guided us through a range of mattresses, whilst not putting pressure on us or asking too many questions. Her customer service was excellent and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. She made us feel very comfortable and found the right bed and mattress for us. Thank you very much for the service and we definitely be returning to dreams next time we need to!

Just purchased a king sized bed and mattress from Dreams, Beehive Centre Cambridge. The lady we were served by, Nafisa was very knowledgable and professional, she made our experience painless and easy, would recommend our friends to go there.
