check out what I wanted online first, went to the store looked at the bed was offered a mug of coffee by vickey which I accepted the sales lady and done the purchase no hassle

We were very happy with the service and how friendly the staff were. They didn't mind that we had our 3 year old with us who was excited to lay on the beds!! They didn't hassle us but made us aware that if we had any questions we could just give them a shout. When we had chosen which mattress we wanted they made us a coffee and the order process was very simple.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got personal recommendation of a brand of mattress from a very friendly staff. We went away to think for a few weeks and came back and she remembered us and helped us complete the purchase. They looked after all our needs and were very accommodating. We got everything explained to us very well. I really like the insurance we were offered with the mattress especially that it's a quite expensive one! I'm not very happy with the prices at Dreams but I guess it's an investment into a good night's sleep and hopefully a more healthy lifestyle.

Richard, the assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that he listened to what we had to say and helped us to buy a product that suited our needs, rather than try to push us to the most expensive products on sale.
