Vicky was very knowledgeable about the products .

We were served by a lovely advisor - Vicky & a rep called Stuart. Vicky took alot of time with us & helped us a great deal as we had no clue what we were looking for! She was very knowledgeable, listened to all of our needs & didn't pressure or push us at any point.

We had time to look around undisturbed but there were people around when we were ready to ask for assistance. The help we received was friendly and informative. When we came to place the order the system was straight forward and clearly explained. There were offers available which went beyond our expectation. In all we are pleased with the experience and with Dreams as a company.

Knowledgeable, friendly, knew when to be available or leave us alone to try beds and mattresses. Very accommodating in holding delivery due to house renovation because of fire damage. Just an easy and pleasant experience.

I was unsure of exactly what I wanted, but Tobi greeted me with a lovely smile & gave me all of her attention & knowledge and pampered my needs with patience and her never ending smile. She offered myself & family a drink. She also discussed the purchase of a pillow - I got 3. Unfortunately she is in training and had to hand the finalising of my purchase to a colleague (Ross) He was also very professional

The man that dealt with me was very good at describing the product and very helpful in all aspects of the transaction.

We were approached by Ross who asked us if we required any assistance. He listened to our requirements and set about meeting them. He was polite and showed us a good knowledge of the products in store. He explained and advised things throughout our visit which resulted in us making the purchase we were looking for.

The sales assistant, Victor at the Cambridge Beehive Centre store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us to the exact products that matched my wife and my requirements. He offered us additional pillows to try out the short list of mattresses of our choice. A thoroughly professional individual and the cups of tea topped it off!

We reserved our mattress over the phone and collected the same day. The assistants were very helpful in store.

Richard was very knowledgeable and after initial approach left us to lok around and try products. He then correctly judged the right time to return to see if werequired further assistance. He then took the time to explain differences in products, including showing us Dreams own rangeof headboards. At the end he hand3 over to Emma who completed the financial side of the sale, and again she was very friendly and helpful
