Dreams - Cambridge

We brought our last bed and mattress from Dreams and have been very happy with our purchase so as it was time to replace both again we looked around online but chose to return to where we had great service and advice. Also very happy to get sale prices.

The sales Assistant Vicky was very helpful we were very pleased with our choice as Vicky took time with us .

Very friendly service. Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs as my husband has mobility problems and received excellent customer care.

We came to the store and were greeted by friendly staff. We were not approached immediately but give time to look around. The salesman that helped us was excellent and certainly knew the products he was selling. We didn't feel pressured at all and were given plenty of time to come to a decision. All the documents were done online quickly and we got a delivery date to suit, and a very nice cup of coffee ! All in all excellent customer service....well done dreams

Despite the shop being busy, an assistant was ready to help me, answered all of my questions thoroughly and assisted me in choosing a bed and mattress

The store customer assistant was friendly, helpful and very patient with us.

It was boxing day so not many people in store, had seen the tempur mattresses cheaper but not with the cool touch, but the price was far to much more so they took time to see what the best price was they could do to bring it a bit closer to the other mattress we had in mind.

Very efficient in store, not pushy but informative, I was impressed.
