Staff were friendly and professional, offered drinks as we ordered, everything was explained clearly, delivery date was quick

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable. I liked the process used to find the right mattress. An excellent service from start to end.

We approached a member of staff, we were welcomed but not badgered. the assistant was on her 1st day, but as my needs were complicated she got another assistant, which I accepted as the new assistant needs to learn complicated needs for a bed. We were helped soooooo much and made me feel very comfortable.

Both staff were extremely helpful, although busy with another customer, no problem just went and did other shopping next door then returned later, another staff member saw I had returned and came to my assistance as other staff was still busy.

Gemma was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products on sale, she was also very patient and flexible when selecting the products we needed.

Vicky assisted us beyond and above the service expected as my husband is difficult to please. Through her endeavours not only did we buy a new mattress on the spot but also two Tempur pillows and a mattress protector. Her knowledge and recommendations were very good and we are very much looking forward to our mattress being delivered.

When we entered the dreams store in Cambridge we were allowed to browse before being approached by Gemma, we told her we were happy to look around and she left us to try out a few different mattresses. When we had decided what we wanted we approached Gemma, she answered a few questing we had and then took us over to the desk to process our order. We were told we could have it delivered within the week which was brilliant. My husband is a bit of a comedian and Gemma had a bit of banter with him which made his day. We both commented as we left the store what a lovely experience we had had in Dreams, unlike a rival bed store we had been in earlier where a high pressure sales person had followed us round the shop.
