Gemma was the person who served me. She was articulate, friendly, knowledgable of products and overall made it a great shopping experience. I did not feel hurried to make choices quickly. Excellent service coffee and loos!

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted us as we walked in, explained things we wanted to know, but didn’t try to push any product on us. He left us to try out beds, but was available if we needed advice.

Excellent customer service

We thought the process of buying a new bed would be difficult. In fact the beds were very clearly displayed and labelled and we ended up buying a different bed from the one we thought we would prefer. The assistant struck the right balance between being helpful when we needed questions answered and maintaining a discreet distance while we made up our minds. He also pointed out a storage drawer which was not immediately obvious. We are now looking forward to delivery of our bed.
