Ross was extremely helpful and considerate, took time to understand my needs and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a sale. The store has a calm, clean and helpful ambience.

After an uninspiring start with one assistant, she left and we were assisted by the Assistant Store Manager who was fantastic. Store stayed open late to see through our purchase. Had tea, nice experience all round!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, without being too pushy. Understood my needs well and were happy to answer all my questions. Gave me plenty of advice and information, and offered a good variety of delivery dates.

The staff were very approachable and not forcefull which was very nice. Ross helped us and greeted us when we came into the store, he also gave us some different pillows to test the different beds out. We were given water when we were doing the paperwork and he explained everything clearly.
