Lovely friendly staff who were knowledgeable of the item purchased.

When we first went in Vicky was extremely helpful and patient with our needs as we tried out multiple beds and once we had found one she gave us a quote and everything we needed since we werent ready to order that day. Then when we returned to place our order Emma picked up right where Vicky left off seamlessly. Outstanding service across the board, we couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The customer Service from Ross in the Cambridge store this morning was exceptional . Very friendly and knowledgeable . We couldn't fault the hot chocolate we got served either . A job well done .

There was an amazing display of beds and mattresses I have never seen such a big & well presented display like this before. The assistant was very helpful and clearly very well informed about the various products. She took a lot of trouble to determine what we wanted and then put us on the computerised bed & showed us what we needed. she was not at all "Pushy, no 'Hard sell' but patiently helped us to our choice. We were very impressed with the display and with the sales assistant -[GEMMA].
