Dreams - Cambridge

Emma at the Cambridge store was very helpful, understood our needs and she was very knowledgeable. She worked well with our budget and got us the product we needed.

The sales assistant Vicky was knowledgeable, directed me immediately to a mattress suited to our needs and was very friendly while still being professional.

Emma and Vicky took great care to assemble and check our order. Both has pleasant and engaging personalities.

We were met at the door. Ross introduced himself. He explained how we could use an electronic bed to see what type we needed. We were offered tea/coffee. We were left to decide which bed among the types he recommended but was always available for questions. Very good service.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

We received a warm, friendly welcome from Vicky who pointed out the various areas in the store eg bed frames, sprung mattresses etc and offered us a cup of coffee/tea and left us to browse... we tried out several beds and Vicky was quick to offer us a pillow. We had lots of questions and Vicky was very patient with us and explained the differences between types, thicknesses and coding of mattresses! We spent quiet a while deciding what was right for us and in the end we decided on a different brand of base and headboard to the mattress. Throughout our whole time in the store, Vicky was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy which we really appreciated.

We had seen a mattress online which we were interested in and visited the Dreams shop at the Beehive Centre Cambridge. We were helped by a lady called Vicky who even though she was the only sales assistant working that evening in this store was so helpful and nice and we were not the only customers she was having to assist. Everything was so easy and within a short time our mattress was ordered paid for and now just waiting for it to be delivered.

The lady that helped us was really helpful and friendly, she was very knowledgeable about all the beds we asked about which really helped us finding the right beds we wanted
