Alice was very helpful indeed, without being pushy. Explained clearly the differences in mattress hardness - and why. Left us alone when needed but checked we were happy. But it was the offer of coffee that really worked!

I was greeted and recognised from my last visit. My needs were understood and the difficulties I have in terms of my disability. All my questions were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. I was provided with everything I needed to make my purchase and everything was very efficient. It was an enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a replacement mattress for my adjustable bed. I had purchased the bed from dreams so I thought that I would go back to dreams. I wasn't sure which mattress I wanted but after giving Vicky a brief discription she took me straight to the mattress I wanted. Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and I decided to buy the mattress. I am disabled and have a very painful back problem, Vicky was very helpful and sympathetic. The service was excellent and I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed.

Vicky was extremely knowledgeable, patient and had a great 'way'. Although this was a big store..it felt like old fashioned customer service..which is special and very rare nowadays.

We visited the store on the Cambridge Retail Park. Gemma, the Assistant Manager, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt un-rushed, well-informed and ultimately in a position to make the right choice of mattress. Very impressed.

Our shop assistant Vicky at Cambridge Branch Beehive centre was extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving us various options of potential choices. offered coffee and advice but no hard sell.
