I was desperate to find a good foam mattress not too expensive and get it delivered the same day. The employee I talked to was super efficient and offered to deliver the mattress in the evening after he finished working because there was no other way to have it done (I do not own a car, I use a bicycle).

Gemma was great, very friendly and she knew what she was talking about which is always reassuring. We have shopped around for mattresses and this one was the best yet, very comfortable, just what we wanted with a great price!

The products were of a very high quality (better than at other stores we looked at). The customer service was excellent. Vicky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not at all ‘pushy’. We left satisfied that we had made the correct purchase for us.

we were greeted when we entered the shop by alice the assistant who asked if we needed any help we said we where just looking and she left us to look with but pressure but assured us she was there if we needed any help.when we had made our choice she was very quick and helped us with our order

We was unsure which bed to go for and the lady Gemma that served us was very informative and spent lots of time with us on our first visit she was so friendly that we decided to go back and happily place our order with her
