Dreams - Cambridge

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They did not push the products on you but advised us which ranges were suitable and let us browse at our own pace. I thought this was excellent as I do not like to be pressured. The overall layout of the store was friendly to the eye which made browsing and subsequent testing of the beds easy to do! The order process swift and delivery in reasonable time. Finally you get a cup of tea! I am a returning customer to Dreams and would recommend them to anyone.

He were very impressed from the moment we walked into the store. We were greeted by Vicky, who listen to our need and introduced us to someone from who was the company we eventually brought our mattress from. She couldn't do enough to help us.

I thought the assistant was lovely - very friendly without being pushy and she knew her products well. I was even offered tea/coffee. I have always found Dreams to be a very friendly, helpful store, even when I first bought a mattress(and sofa bed) from you around 25 years ago. One of the other main reasons I would recommend your store over, say John Lewis, is that you do allow exchanges if not satisfied. My only criticism is that (if I understood this correctly) you don't offer the option to cancel before delivery; if you could remedy that, then I would say your service was practically perfect!

We were greeted by Vicky from the Cambridge Beehive centre branch of dreams. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Vicky was able to help us find the right mattress and pillows to suit our specific needs. Very impressed, looking forward to delivery.

We were overall highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because my husband and I went in looking for a bed without any prior knowledge about them, so we had no idea what to look for. Ross, the Dreams colleague that assisted us was beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He helped us find the bed that was the best fit for us.

Answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure i purchased correct item.

Staff friendly. We were offered coffee which was nice would have been even better with a biscuit.the lady who served us remembered us from the week before. The only downside was the bed frame we were interested in was not on display in the shop therefore if we are not happy with the item we have been told we will have to pay 10% restocking fee. We decided to go ahead with the order anyway and will deal with any problems later.
