The offer of tea/coffee when we got there was a nice touch, except there was nowhere to leave the mug while we tried out beds. I did love the technology to determine the best bed to suit us and it made choosing our new mattress far easier than we anticipated.

Good store, good prices, but the colleague who served us was excellent and is a credit to your company.

Staff were welcoming, and gave plenty of assistance without us feeling crowded. They helped us quickly narrow down our choices, avoiding making us feel overwhelmed by range. Delivery times were much quicker than we anticipated, and prices were lower than we expected. When the staff member who was assisting us was briefly occupied with other customers, other members of staff were able to help ensure things continued to flow smoothly. While in the process of checking out, the staff paid attention to our discussion of additional needs, and managed to offer a mattress protector at a reasonable price, as well as removal and recycling of our existing mattress. We didn't feel pressured, and instead it felt as though genuine value was being added. The coffee offered was actually pretty decent. Still waiting on delivery, so things may change, but the sales process was smooth and pleasant.

Went back to store visiting other dreams stores just for a look. Was greeted by a ,ember of staff who wasn't pushy or tried to sell us something we didn't want. Gemma was helpful throughout our visit. Letting us decide on a frame before we approached her for advice on a mattress. Gemma put us on the machine. Then took us round five mattresses to try giving us different pillows to try for us to reach our maximum comfort. Really patient.

I was seen by Emma, the manager. She was superb - very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I was able to tell her what I was looking for and she immediately matched me with the right product. She was able to work within my price range to find a product that met my needs. She was able to give accurate information about a range of products enabling me to make the best choice for me. Her customer manner was excellent, the best I have encountered in a long time! I really felt she was committed to getting me the best product. She gave me time to think about the products I was considering and made herself available to me the following day when I returned so that I could have continuity during the purchasing process.

originally visited in January we returned in august and Vicky the sales advisor remembered us. we then left store to check other prices. on our return Vicky had just heated up her dinner but seeing us return did not hesitate to help us with our order.we think she went above and beyond what was expected and did not try to rush the process while we had our hot drink.

The assistant was very helpful, knew what he was talking about and explained everything clearly.

Friendly efficient informative wide range

The lady (Gemma) was very kind and friendly towards us and offered us a coffee which was very much needed. She wasn’t pushy like other stores we had visited yesterday. She identified our needs and showed us everything that matched them.

The lady who served us was very friendly and answered all our questions about the mattresses and gave us time to ralk about them
