The assistant named Vicky was more than helpful,she was very knowledgeable about the item I was interested in,she was friendly pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, She offered me a drink,and gave me a gift of 4 pillows,so all in all a very successful purchase

Found everything we needed easily and the store colleague Vicky was very friendly and helpful

Vicky was attentive without being pushy. She was really welcoming when we walked into the shop and understood what we were looking for. She provided excellent information and then let us browse alone.....perfect. When we couldn't decide between 2 particular mattresses she suggested a different pillow to try to give us a better idea of comfort and even offered us something to drink as we tried the beds out!

We were able to look around without feeling hounded. When we asked for a finance quote, I asked for a few minutes to discuss with my husband, and again I was happy with Ross's response. It made me feel comfortable and happy when we left the shop, that the purchase we made was the right one.

Very helpful and friendly service. On arriving in store, we explained to the assistant (Ross) what we were looking for, he gave us some options, and once we had chosen the bed, the process to purchase was easy and efficient. At each point in the purchase Ross explained everything clearly offering us additional services and add ons.

The lady was very helpful and friendly. Had a nice customer rapport. I felt she listened to my needs. Also she offered me a lovely cappuccino. Was a nice added touch

For me I like to be left to shop in peace, theres nothing worse than be followed about by a desperate sales guy wanting a sale. The staff were very friendly, letting us know they were there but leaving us to look around. When we did want help they were very polite and informative and not at all pushy which was great.

Simple and easy experience. Products are clearly displayed - its easy to find what you are looking for. Staff on hand for questions and queries. Store could just do with a clean up - felt a little dated.

The manager greeted us when walking around store asked what we wanted and showed us. Left us along to make our minds up then went to her to inform her of the chosen bed. Was offered a drink very helpful and quick not pressured to purchase things we didn't wont.
