I was particularly impressed by the product knowledge of the sales lady who attended to me. I really appreciated her patience in helping me define what I really wanted and then guiding my navigation and evaluation of the available options.

Vicky at the Cambridge store helped us to choose the right mattress for us. She gave us just the right level of detail about springs versus foam etc and the whole process was not too time consuming - exactly the service I had hoped for

Immediate friendly greeting upon arrival into the store. Highly knowledgeable staff who readily listened to our needs. Gave us as much guidance as we needed but also time for us to look around at our leisure. As we were buying a new bed and mattress it took some time for us to go through the process of determining what we needed but staff showed great patience and consideration to our needs.
