Fantastic service by Gemma who served us on the day from as soon as we walked in until we left the store. All questions were answered and we were not rushed. There were lots of beds to view and try which really helped us to make the right decision. Couldn't be more pleased, thank you.

As my wife is temporally disabled and has difficulty in walking we were treated with total friendliness and respect We were not subject to heavy sales techniques and found the assistant very helpful and totally friendly which overall made our visit very pleasant and naturally were able to see and purchase the mattress we wanted

Vicky the lady who dealt with us was both very helpful and friendly. She quickly realised our needs and offered the most suitable available. As we needed our old mattress removing we were pleased that the company could do so at a sensible cost. Having clearly explained the procedure regarding delivery and removing our old mattress we were most impresssed to learn that we did not have to wait long for its arrival. Having been to several shops nearby and looked at their products we found that your shop offered both best value and most helpful staff.

The employee that served me (Ross) was really helpful, nice and friendly. In addition I really appreciated the fact that he was there where I needed him but at the same time he wasn't "oppressively present" or too close by which means I felt completely at ease while testing your mattresses and this gave me the possibility to find a product I was happy with. The fact he offered me a bottle of water on two different visits was also a nice and welcomed touch. Ross delivered a service that I haven't experienced very often. Well done.

It was quick, efficient and really helpful. Ross took the time to place us on the electronic machine to help us find the best mattress, and look up my last mattress purchase in your inventory history. There was no expectation or pressure to buy more than we wanted which was a refreshing change from usual salespeople.
