Your assistant Alice was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All questions asked were answered without any high pressure sales pitch which was much appreciated

The lady (vicky) was so helpful about the mattresses available and I felt very relaxed and not rushed into anything. The lady was so helpful in answering our questions and took the time to show us different mattresses.
