Cannot fault the visit at all and found staff particularly friendly and helpful

The sales assistants asked if they could be of help or if we wanted to browse. We explained what we were looking for and they pointed options out for us and left us to make decisions quietly as a couple without pressure

The lady who looked after me was great. Showed me exactly what I was looking for and guided me without being pushy

This was my 5th visit to the store in the past 3/4 weeks looking at beds and been to Furniture Village, Belfast other, but Dream all staff very helpful as always and Gemma yesterday and today very friendly and helpful no pressure to sell and left us with a few options to decide and this was helpful.

In store, I was helped by Vicky. Some stores you are pressured from the time you walking, but they were available without being pushy. I was unsure if I was going to make the bed purchase that day when walking in but the entire experience was easy and very good after comparatively very bad service elsewhere. Do you to time constraint, one of the beds was available to me, however this was not a dreams issue as the top is handmade in Britain, wish there were a few in stock options to be available sooner but completely understandable. Once I placed my order, I was contacted earlier delivery slot became available. The men who delivered The mattress or better than any other delivery man I had yet. They put shoe covers on before entering, and I have a very difficult spiral staircase up to the room where the bed needed to be placed, they were very kind and positive about What I know was a difficult task, they did not complain like many others had done. I will definitely revisit dreams in the future
