The lady who served me was lovely, Gemma super helpful not pushy and we got offered a coffee which was also a surprise. Good service.

I was greeted when I walked into the store and got assistance straight away. I was offered a drink as well. I found everything I was looking for and the prices where not as high as I thought.

Our store assistant Gemma was incredibly helpful and patient. She worked to our budget and didn't push us for a more expensive mattress as we had experienced in other shops. We explained that we both suffered with bad backs and the positions we sleep in to alleviate them, and she took this on board whilst recommending mattresses. We where given time to pick between a couple of mattresses that she showed us. We ended up buying a couple of pillows as well because she let us use some of the pillows available to buy to try out the different mattresses with.

I think I have indicated this with my answers to your questions. Need I repeat? The woman who helped me was highly efficient However, do employees really need this level of scrutiny and pressure? I am satisfied with the product and service but this survey will affect whether or not I return to Dreams.
