I had already purchased from Dreams earlier this year. This time I knew what I wanted and when I wanted delivery. All this was really easy to arrange.

Our visit to the Dreams store in Cambridge could not have been more positive. We were offered help just when we needed it. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful and polite, and clearly knew the product range incredibly well. He listened to and understood our requirements exactly, took in to account our budget and translated that to show us the perfect product. He explained the ordering and application process (we took out a 50% finance option with 50% deposit), which ran without a hitch. We were looked after so well during the whole visit that we would highly recommend Dreams for your purchase. What was so surprising to us was that this young man was a student and not a full time employee. Clearly he has been well trained to offer an excellent standard of customer care and service. We were so grateful and delighted with the way we were looked after - well done Victor, what a superb representative you are for Dreams!
