We found the assistant Gemma extremely pleasant and helpful. We had previously been to Benson for Beds and Furniture Village and had pretty much decided on a bed from Furniture Village but Gemma's helpful attitude and the range of beds on offer convinced us to change our minds.

On entering the store Emma was very helpful in guiding us to our requirements.

After giving us time to have a look at various areas, the Assistant Manager came and asked us exactly what we were looking for and then directed us to the area. She was helpful, answering questions, but not at all pushy.I tried a few mattresses and then found the one I liked, so it was all very quick and easy. The purchase system was a little tedious with all the reading of T& Cs and signing papers - no idea why that was necessary. In my book. I pay with my card and then it is mine. However, that was not the fault of the person serving us, rather the accounting system.
