we went into store several times, the guy was very patient with us but then the final time we went in a lady served us, she was also lovely, gave us time to think but enough knowledge to make the right decision. Both great members of the team.

When we entered Dreams Cambridge Vicky our sales Representative, was very helpful as my wife suffers with high pain when sleeping at present, Vicky's help with located mattresses which could help my wife decide. vicky also help with a number of different types of mattresses with the aid of pillows that would also suit our needs, Vicky was never pushy in any way as Vicky left us alone for a time to go from bed to bed and try out all the different types of Mattresses that Vicky had worked out our needs. When paying for the mattress we found that was best suitable for my wife's condition with Vicky's Tremendous help the paying and ordering was a very painless experience as Vicky took through each step and showed what we was paying for and what the finance deal would be and showed us the full conditions of the term with ease and no sales jargon. We were offered a drink whilst we were paying which was a nice gesture. In all our experience at Dreams Cambridge was very pleasurable with the help of Vicky, as we were paying out a large amount of money. We Would recommend our friends and Family to visit Dreams Cambridge.
