Immediate polite enquiry if we wanted assistance, followed by an explanation of mattress types. So we could quickly find an equivalent to our previous Dreams mattress, without being hurried, and we were able to get an explanation of our purchase options and complete the payment quickly (over a cup of coffee).

On arrival to the Cambridge store we saw the type of bed we wanted , Ross came over and politely asked did we need any assistance? He was very knowledgeable very helpful , not pushy , and nothing too much trouble, gave us the various options available and gave a rough idea on price, we said we would go for a coffee and discuss after he gave us a quote, we went back later and we said yes we will go with it , but not sure regarding width would like to measure our room, and we did the deal with the proviso we could change the width to suit if we needed too within 48 hours. The manager and Ross are certainly very very good. Pleasure to buy from Dreams and will again and definitely recommend .

I purchased a single mattress in your Cambridge Store( Beehive Centre) it was Easter Monday and very busy.I was assisted with my purchase by Gemma, she was very efficient, and had an excellent product knowledge, when I told her what I wanted she led me straight to the mattresses I was looking for. She advised me to try 3 items out, which I did and between us we decided the best one for me. All this we accomplished within 20 minutes, and the bonus was that my mattress will be delivered this Saturday, thats what I call service, excellent value for money, paper work completed in record time by Gemma, I left with a huge smile on my face , and a huge thanks to Gemma.

We entered the store with a rough idea of what we were looking for but without the knowledge. After being met by Vicky, who explained the colour coding system and differences between the products we finally made our decision. It was different to our original idea relating to the firmness of the mattress we were initially looking for. My wife and I are really looking forward to receiving our new mattress in the next couple of weeks.

The salesperson was welcoming, cheerfull and helpful. They were able to quickly guide us through the purchacing process.

Emma, the sales assistant was cheerful helpful and knowledgeable with out being too pushy.

The assistant Gemma was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us with our decision making. She made us feel comfortable and we had a laugh, because of this we decided to purchase a bed from Dreams. We were offered coffee, which was very nice.
