on entering a bright clean and spacious showroom we were welcomed by a cheerful member of staff who turned out to be helpful but not pushy who was more than happy to demonstrate how easy it was to change the bed from a single to a double the offer of a hot drink while we were going through the paperwork was a nice touch the staff member(Ross) made us feel as if we were valued and it he could not do enough to help but remained unpushy but helpful throughout the transaction
