Sales person Gemma was very pleasant and informative and polite

The large amount of items on display. How the store was laid out. Easy to understand the pricing. Every item was priced clearly. The store was bright and airy.

Greeted by friendly staff and ask if assistance needed,shown bed we were interested in and given pillows to try the bed,the product was demonstrated and we ordered, efficient ordering and payment with free coffee, everything explained well.

Walked in and immediately was welcomed, coffee was provided and was shown everything that suited my needs. John showed me pillows duvets etc and purchased them.

We were left to look around in our own time, but whenever we needed help someone was there to ask. Lots of choice available to try out. Offered a hot drink straight away on arrival on a cold day.

Emma the sm. She asked us all open questions& allowed us to feel like she really wanted to find what we needed. We picked the base ourselves though she reaffirmed by her. Shehelped us to pick a mattress. We were completely in a rush as we had to go to Harry Potter tour haha.After initially having a budget we couldn’t find anything we liked in it. We at that point were intending on leaving&coming another day just purchasing the bed stand, though Emma explained about the / Sale so worked out that we could stretch our budget slightly. She allowed us to talk openly because of her manner&how comfortable she made us feel. She closed us with the suggestion of buy now pay later or financing. with her guidance we decided to go for the more ££ mattress. She was amazing throughout and as a sales person myseld I can’t fault her at all. She was brilliant, getting us in and out exactly on the time we needed to leave. She was incredibly personable, bubbly&an incredible woman at her job. truth be told she was the reason we purchased today. The tea and the pillows made my boyfriend super happy too haha. Emma you’re amazing and a brilliant example of what the sales environment should be. Thank you.

The person was really professional and listened to me, she gave me all the informations needed to made my choice. I knew what I wanted and I have been well oriented.

We were looked after really well and given plenty of time to discuss our needs. Viicky was friendly, but professional, and took time to explain all the products we looked at, thus enabling us to make and be happy with our final choice.
