Vicky was very helpful and polite. She greeted us as we walked into the store, gave us time to look around and then helped my 86 year old mother to choose the best mattress for her and gave her a pillow to try out on the mattress. We were offered a drink which was very nice and once we were happy with the mattress made the purchase. Thank you Vicky!

assistant was friendly and helpful, found what I needed, was even offered a coffee!. Item not delivered jet, so hope I will be as pleased when it arrives.

we first visited the cambridge store in early Dec 2017 prior to moving home to check out if you had what we needed and was helped a great deal by Vicky who helped us sort out what we were looking for and had fantastic knowledge of all the products.When we finally moved 27/02/18 we were ready to place an order in store and pinned down Vicky again as she was so helpful and we had found our original requirements had changed and she was again able to provide us with what we needed right down to a delivery date that was acceptable all round our experience was really stress free as Vicky and her knowledge helped guide us through.
