Because everything I needed was allocated to me. Vicky was able to answer any and every question about the mattresses. she was patient and understanding plus taking the time to be with me.

Gemma was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She let us browse first before offering her assistance, (the proper way to give customer service). A welcome cup of coffee and some guidance to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time and effort to explain everything in detail. This wasn't 'dreams' this was reality! Well done Gemma.

We were friendly greeted at the door - not pounced on. The lady was very polite when we told her what we were looking for and took us to the area of the type of bed we were looking for. I did not like the mattress on the bed frame and told the assistant this and she guided us to a mattress I could have slept on there and then. We ordered two to go with our guest bed. We are looking forward to the delivery, and I am looking forward to using the bed when my husband has a bad bout of snoring.

Staff were very polite and not pushy, products offered were to the budget and specifications asked for and also gave us some time to ourselves. Final sale was very straight forward and pleasantly done with a friendly service
