The person who served us was very friendly and I thought that being offered a beverage while we were going through the paperwork was a nice touch.

I told the sales lady (Vicky) what I was looking for and she took me straight to a bed that was perfect! She knew the right product for me based on my requirements.

I was served by a delightfully pleasant woman called Vicky, absolute star a real credit to Dreams, the help and assistance I received was second to none, I spent several hours in store, I was given a pillow served with a drink, nothing was to much trouble I was assisted in what was best for me, absolutely brilliant company!

We were greeted soon as we walked in the store and made to feel important. We were offered coffee and offered a pillow when trying out the beds. The sales lady was really informative and knew every detail about the mattresses. At no time were we rushed into making a decision.

Service good from the time we entered the store until we left,very friendly staff . Tried several beds until we made our minds up which we wanted. Date for delivery was soon arranged,and was within 7 days. Looking forward to receiving it being delivered.

Very helpful customer service from both Vicky and Gemma. They had excellent knowledge of the products and were able to point me in the right direction. I was recommended to Dreams by a friend and will do the same to my friends and relatives.
