Luca, our in-shop advisor, was friendly, patient and professional. He answered all our questions politely and informatively. He listened carefully and recommended products to suit our needs, while being respectful of our personal decisions.

Dreams Cambridge was amazing. I was skeptical at first due to previous unsatisfactory work done by another branch bug Dreams was excellent. Andrew and Wakas were incredibly helpful and honest if they weren’t sure about something. They made every effort to contact their resources to get me the correct information. Not to mention worked to get me a deal on my new bedroom.

I went to Dreams with a perception that a bed topper would make my bed firmer, but Edward advised me that it would only make it softer. He was supper helpful and supportive. As I just arrived kn Cambridge and found my college accommodation super uncomfortable, I was glad I followed Edward's recommendation since I now have such comfy and cozy set of bed. Really thankful. Best investment and purchase ever.
