Dreams - Cambridge

After entering the shop the assistant asked if we needed help but we said no. After looking at the mattresses the same assistant again approached and asked if she could help. We explained what we were looking for, she suggested that we tried out the mattresses and we then made our purchase

The assistant was extremely interested and helpful and friendly His service was great and listening to the needs. He introduced us to the dreams package.

We were given enough information to make an informed decision but also the time on our own to find which worked best for us.

Store was quiet and we had all the attention of the staff and did not feel pressured into buying. We went to look elsewhere and came back to make our purchase.

On arrival we were greeted by an Vicky who spent some time with us understanding our needs then suggested a number of mattresses to try before we found one we were comfortable with

Friendly and helpful staff who explained the different types of mattress available, also given the opportunity to try the mattress's with a pillow, and offered hot drinks.

I made 2 visits, once when doing my 'bed research' and secondly to place my order. The assistant I spoke to on my first visit (Vicky) was extremely helpful and was also available when I went to place my order. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had the time to answer all my questions and to make me think of others to ask! I found the products of a much more superior quality than I had expected and after that visit there really was no question about where I would make my purchases.

Victor was very friendly and was easy to approach when chosing which bed I wanted. Even though he was part time, he knew what he was doing. He was always reassuring and we had a laugh along the way. If it wasn't for Victor I'm not sure I would have bought the bed. He saw I was looking around and was quick to ask if I needed assistance.

Good offer and Victor in store had excellent knowledge

Very friendly service and was even offered hot drinks.rob was very good at communicating with me and listened to what my needs were.i'd recommend anyone to try their store.I will go there again .
