I got the help I needed when selecting the product for purchase.

The sales lady was extremely efficient and listened to what we wanted.

It was mostly due to the help of Gemma who remained cheerful and very helpful at all times. We particularly liked the opportunity to take our time and enjoy a hot drink while we were deciding what to buy.

The assistant Vicky was helpful and friendly without being pushy.

The staff member who assisted us was knowledgeable and very pleasant.

The assistant at the Cambridge branch we went to was wonderful, very helpful and friendly, Gemma was her name, definitely go to her again

The shopping assistant Vicky was very helpful, took time to listen to my requirements and helped me choose by explaining my options and the offers in store. I had no idea of what the different options were so it was a big help.

Gemma was very friendly and helpful but did not push us to buy. She showed us beds and then let us take as much time as needed to be sure of purchase. The items have not been delivered yet so cannot comment on the product, but am happy that I have bought the right thing for my needs. The coffee and tea were also greatly received.

the sales assistant asked if I needed any help the minute I walked in. She was very polite and understood my needs, and showed me some beds straight away

Our sales assistant was engaging, she greeted us, never made us feel rushed, offered us a drink and a pillow to use when trying out the beds.
