nice to be offered a drink of coffee or tea whilst being greeted.then being allowed to browse by ourselves until ready for asking questions on product intrested in.also found it nice to be offered a cup of coffee or tea after refusing first time and been in the shop for a while browsing. also a nice touch to be offered a pillow whilst trying out beds.

The display was very good , and Vicky was excellent in advising us, we needed a mattress for two old pensioners!, a bed for young parents, and we even got talked into buying bunk beds by our 3 year old grandson ! Vicky was extremely patient as I think she had to repeat a lot of advice as the two grandsons were running amok!

The individual who took our sale was extremely friendly and so was a colleague of hers when my husband managed to give himself a small electric shock from on of the TVs. It was a pleasant visit with amazing choices with a good price range to work from!
