Walked into store. Greeted with a good morning. Vicky asked us if we needed help, gave me and my wife and pillow each to try the beds with, asked if we would like a coffee while we looked around. Vicky explained about dreams 40 night try, then let us get on with our choice.

Having researched online prior to my visit it was easy enough to locate my selection of shortlisted products. The assistant was very helpful in helping with my final choice. The paperwork was conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
